By accessing or using EdVube ("the platform"), creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
When you enroll in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own learning. Unless stated otherwise, enrollment provides lifetime access for as long as the course remains available on the platform. We may retire or update courses over time.
Course prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may change at any time. Payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay / Stripe); we do not store your card details. All applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices, bundles, and limited-time offers are valid only for the period shown and cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
You agree not to: • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course content • Download, record, or reproduce videos except where explicitly permitted • Share your account or credentials with others • Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or platform security • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All course content — including videos, text, graphics, certificates, and the EdVube brand — is owned by EdVube or its instructors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be used outside the platform without written permission.
Certificates issued on course completion certify participation and completion. They do not constitute an accredited academic qualification unless expressly stated.
Courses are provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, income, or employment results. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdVube is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
