EdVube sells digital courses that grant immediate access to video content and materials. Because these are digital products, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both learners and instructors. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not consumed a substantial portion of the course. A request is not eligible if more than 20% of the course lessons have been completed, or if a certificate has been generated. This window does not apply where a course is expressly marked as non-refundable at the point of purchase.
Free courses involve no payment and are therefore not eligible for any refund.
Bundles and combo offers are sold as a single package at a discounted price. Refunds, where eligible, apply to the bundle as a whole — individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded separately.
To request a refund, email support@edvube.in from the address associated with your account and include: • Your name and registered email • The course (or bundle) name • The order or payment reference • The reason for your request We review each request individually and respond within 72 hours on business days.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay / Stripe). Once processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any gateway or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.
Once a refund is approved, your access to the refunded course or bundle is revoked, along with any certificate or progress associated with it.
We may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or requests made after substantial course consumption. We reserve the right to make the final decision on eligibility.
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
